In conjunction with ASAP’s Get Local campaign and Sunburst Trout Farms, Tupelo Honey Cafe’s south Asheville location will celebrate “Trout on Tuesdays” throughout the month of February. The restaurant will feature trout specials each Tuesday in February with net proceeds from each trout entree sold on those days benefiting ASAP.
Feb. 7- Kick-off dinner event will feature trout two ways, with kids eating trout for free. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. A drawing will be held for four $50 gift certificates from Tupelo Honey and two complimentary passes from Navitat.
Feb 14- Tupelo Honey will offer a romantic trout dinner, which will include a complimentary glass of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. A drawing will be held for an overnight stay at Montford’s Pinecrest Bed and Breakfast.
Feb. 21- The evening’s focus will be for kids 12 and under with a trout coloring contest. Winners will receive a $50 Tupelo Honey gift certificate as well as a gift of $500 for their schools. Home-sc
