Ladies Night Out is primarily for women between the ages of 40 and 64 years who do not have insurance or whose insurance coverage is limited. Income guidelines for Ladies Night Out are very generous, so it’s important for women to see if they qualify.

Women under 40 may also qualify, call 250-6006 for details.

Women who attend a Night Out will receive a:

– Breast exam

– Mammogram

– Pap smear to test for cervical cancer

– Tests for blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar

They also receive individualized information about healthy eating habits and exercise. Participants are given a booklet filled with information about living a healthy life, performing self breast exam and kicking the smoking habit.
